Great Facilities

I must say I really enjoyed the facilities at this place and made full use of them during my stay. They made my stay entirely enjoyable and pleasurable. The staff is also very courteous and efficient.

Stayed here for 3 nights June 3-5/15; Front desk staff very friendly & helpful; our KING bed classic room (#263) was very spacious, immaculately clean, large HD TV, fridge & fireplace, 2 very comfortable reclining chairs with footstools & end table; very large super clean washroom had double sinks, Jacuzzi bath & shower; hotel in close proximity to major highways... more

The stay was fine. The staff were courteous and helpful when asked for help. The internet was good. The restaurant - we went twice. The first time we stood there waiting to be sat and noone came despite seeing us, so we left. Second time, the service was great (was the evening versus morning) and food was good. Excellent customer service and a great night at the Ramada
Gatineau ..rooms were very clean and spacious...free shuttle to the casino within minutes of our request...easy check in and check out...room was more than we expected...will be back again
