I absolutely am in love ...everything exceeded my expectations.
1) Staff; The staff (specifically Jennifer, Fariza and Denise) were incredible. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and great. Honestly, even the house keepers made an effort to greet me each morning and they would geniunely care about the quality of my stay.

Dirty, not what I expected from Ramada

This is not what I expected from a Ramada.
Everything had a feeling of being old, tired, and dirty.
The carpets in the room, and hallways must have been laid in the 80's, or earlier.
The curtain and bed spreads were definitely from the 80's.
My room had a couple of those car freshener tree things hanging in it to...
