Steer clear

This guy is horrible, he tricked my parents into sighning 1 percent of a mortgage with my cousins with out properly informing them. Now my cousins wont get rid of the one percent share, Raja mann lied to my parents and said that it would not affect their future mortgage prospects. We later tried to sell our house to buy a new one and nearly lost it because the bank would not allow us to have three properties under our name including the one percent, our previous home and new property we were hopeing to buy. Raja mann also promised my parents that he would remove their names after the mortgage had gone through however he later resorted to yelling at us at the top of his lungs to leave his office. He also did not inform my parents that if the other share holder of the 99 percent declared bankruptcy my parents would be just as much at fault even though they are only 1 percent share holder. This individual and his team will take advantage of the vulernable, people who dont speak or read english, senior citizens, and will mis inform you and lead you down a path of lies. I urge you to stay clear of this individual he is a manipulator with selfish motives.
