Surprised that no reviews mentioned that they have a NO REFUNDS policy... they will only exchange for another item within 30 days. I've actually never come across this policy before for non-clearance items (granted I was living in the US before that has probably the worlds best return policies). But this rule is really bad for people like me, who often don't spend enough time the 1st time... more

I stumbled across the Raindrops website when searching for rainboots for my three-year-old daughter. The styles and prices were very attractive and I ended up communicating with Natalie and Bobi Jurcic to arrange an in-store pickup. I received some of the best customer service I've ever had!
