March 21, 2012We were on the 7th floor non-smoking room, it was a nice clean room, with a view! It was a little chilly overnight, couldn't turn the heat up, and the next room was a little loud with steamy pleasures. The front desk agent was very pleasant at checkin, we called the front desk to help with our remote for the big TV and they were very helpful and got us all fixed up quickly. “Fantastic service!
March 21, 2012The staff were very helpful & friendly. They quickly checked us in, informed us of the 24 hour refreshments & wished us a pleasant stay. They also helped us confirm our return flight & seating on the plane, which we greatly appreciated. They went out of their way to make our stay a happy one.
