I've been going to the downtown location for over 10 years now and I recently started visiting the main shop. The owners are friendly and the service is excellent. It's a really good place to get things altered as well.

This is the only place I take my drycleaning!
They are friendly and quick and reasonably priced.
I have never had a single problem with this cleaners - my clothes always come back clean, extremely well pressed and without issue.
I love the fact that everything is done on site - the clothes are not shipped off to some place else thus increasing the chance of things getting lost in the mix.
