This place is pretty hard to find. The address is for the entire complex and there's a lot of big buildings here. The Purolator seems to be at the southern most point of the building. Once you find it, it's pretty quick to get your package. There wasn't a line when I went so I was in and out of there within minutes. They seem to get a lot of comments from people about how hard it is to find.... more

Door knocker said after 1 pm....I came at 5, package not here. I paid for priority shipping, customer service is no help. They want me to drive 45 minutes to their depot to pick it up.DO NOT USE PUROLATOR!!!!!! SO MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY....NO IDEA HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS.

Every time we order a package from Purolator we get a failed to deliver notice. I am a stay at home Mom and we live in a condo with 24 hour concierge who take packages for the owners and keep them at the front desk. This is why it is so frustrating every time I find out Purolator is responsible for delivering a package I have ordered. If I could avoid them all together as a courier I would.
