Terrible is an understatement
This agency is also known as Protemps Professional.... "Professional?" Not Joan De Sousa. Horrible customer service. All she cares about is the money YOU will be making them not what you want. Hardly a way to treat customers especially since they take away at least $7 PER hour of your pay.

The manager at Protemps in Mississauga - Shirley, is really nice. Unfortunately, when she contacted me to work for this agency, she passed me onto here senior staffing "specialist" JOAN DE SOUSA to find me jobs.

May 14, 2012joan de sousa wasted my time, took all those tests and i did well on all of them, then she offers a job that's $11/hr? how bout i work in mcdonalds for $10.50/hr instead? i did a background check on her, and she's supposedly a senior specialist but the woman doesn't even have any postsecondary education. no wonder she has no idea what she's doing. completely incompetent.
