This is for the East York location (318 Greenwood Avenue).
Terrible after service experience. Phone calls and emails not returned. Promises not kept. 80-90% of the time, nobody answers the phone. Given the runaround for 1.5 months.

I have unfortunately been in 8 car accidents, most of which were not my fault! From the very first one I have been going to Prochilo Brothers. My insurance company recommended them the first time and since then I have gone back each time without any recommendation needed.
Their attention to detail is impeccable and they treat me with respect and are so courteous. I love getting the unsolicited...
