return policy
December 26, 2011I mistakenly bought an item that wasn't a suitable gift. Then I found that the return policy is very restrictive, and not good for tourists. No cash refund, only a credit note. I don't need any other items from a store, and could use my $37 before I go home tomorrow, too far to visit the store again.

Great Lab!
December 20, 2011I have used this lab a number of times and each time I was really blown away by the results and the length the staff are willing to go to please a picky perfectionist like me. This is one of the last high quality 1 hour labs left and Hamilton photographers should support this Gem of a store.
