Poor Service, Terrible Customer Service, Shotty Workmanship, Rip Off

Avoid this mechanic if you need any sort of Auto Repair. The shop is very unorganized and they prey on the elderly and women recommending work that is not necessary. In my particular instance they charged me for work on my engine that was never done and were reluctant to explain the invoice they gave my wife. The main service guy used intimidation to make us back down and leave the shop. It wasn't until the mechanic hear the argument when he acknowledged that he "missed some items" and offered to do the work that they charged for. The work was eventually done and when we went to pick up the keys, they were thrown over the counter at us. Unbelievable.

Fraudulent all the way. The elderly person in front of me had another issue which he got the same treatment after he paid.

Brutal service, brutal workmanship.
