Nice location--food not so good

On first appearances, this restaurant looks fabulous. Large windows, comfortable decor, bustling professional waiters... But I must have thrown them off their game when I asked for the Popeye spaghetti (spinach, shrimp and scallops) with vermicelli, rather than the thicker spaghetti noodles. The vermicelli noodles were boiled for as long as spaghetti should be, and the resultl was a soggy inedible mess. Even worse, the tomato sauce was so bland and sweet it resembled something out of a tin can. I picked and poked to get the spinach, shrimps and scallops, but had to leave the pasta behind. The waiter frequently asked my husband if his meal was okay, and steadfastly ignored me. When he finally removed my unfinished plate, he reluctantly asked me how it was, and then mocked me for not praising the meal. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
