I brought my watch here to have links removed from my band because it was conveniently located on my way home from work.
I requested that he remove one link from each side of the band and he insisted that I have to take two links out of one side to balance the band. Didn't make much sense, but I trusted him as a professional.
When he was done and gave me back the watch and removed links, the first thing I noticed was the damage on the removed links. But I figured that it wouldn't matter because they were removed and won't be put back in.
Once I got home and inspected the watch, I couldn't believe the terrible workmanship. One of the links and link pins on the side that he removed from were hacked up. (I'll upload pictures shortly)
When I called to explain the situation to him (Precision) he insisted that it was not damaged and that it was normal. When I told him that I was coming back to show him the watch, he hung up on me.
I've decided to avoid a confrontation with them over $7. The watch is currently back to the manufacturer seeing what they can do about it for me.
