What a Hoot!
came here in downtown Nanaimo to see 'My Fair Lady'.
How could you go wrong?
"With a little bit 'o luck", we found great seats, good sound system, although at times the chorus members 'lost' their voices.
Direction and acting were impressive.
Beautiful lobby, very handy parking facility, and extremely helpful staff on hand.

The Port Theatre opened in 1998 and seats 804 people. It is also equipped with modern digital equipment to control the lighting and sound effects of the hall. The audience's enjoyment was kept in mind when the theater was built, and this can be seen and felt with the excellent acoustics and view from every seat in the theater.
