Overpriced and underwhelmed

Title says it all - totally underwhelmed. I've never tried Popeyes before but decided to give it a shot for something different.
Bathrooms were dirty and no handsoap. Cashier was less than enthusiastic to explain a misunderstanding on bill, and the food was "meh" at best - not what I expected at all from a quality / quantity perspective -...

15 minutes for fries
January 13, 2014While I was able to get my chicken in a timely manner, I had to wait 15 minutes for fries.
