Disappointing stay
December 07, 2014Was told Podollon was a high end hotel - I did not think so. The hotel was dark and dingy. Room was either too hot or too cold. Could not plug electronic devices by the bed as one outlet was switched and phone is plugged into the other plug. Restaurant had a limited dinner menu and very expensive. No shuttle service from and to the airport, which ended up costing an extra $50 for my stay. All... more

Very disappointing.
October 08, 2014First I had phoned from Vancouver to advise our two guests would not be staying with us for the 3 nights. No problem, they said. I arrived and they would not change the fee because I had booked thru Expedia. One hour later on my bill, Expedia rebooked everything. Then the 1st night the room stunk of cigarette smoke.
