fresh pizza
this is the way that pizza should be served. not greasy and overflowing with calories, made with fresh ingredients and served with a smile.

"Pizza restaurant review for Calgary Alberta. I dropped into Pizza Bob's Restaurant in Calgary Alberta in May 2009, and the pizza was outstanding. The service was fast and the people were friendly. The restaurant is like a small neighbourhood pub, and features a musicians jam session on Friday nights, and live Kareokee on Saturday nights. The place is run by Bob Collins, his wife Carole, and a small band of young people that are totally at home behind the counter. They enjoy their work so much, that it's not a job, but more of a lifestyle. The staff make you feel welcome. Is there anything in North American food culture as easily identifiable as a take out pizza box? Some might say those cute Chinese food delivery boxes, but I think that’s more of a media creation and you more often than not instead get such food packed in those white Styrofoam containers or those flimsy metallic trays where you crimp the edges over top a cardboard lid to seal things shut.

Thin Crust Pizza Bobs is Excellent! I have known old Bob since 1978, and he has never stopped making pizza since about 1974. His life has been pizza! This was without a doubt, the worst pizza I have ever eaten. They might as well have just baked the cardboard box it comes in and call it the crust. I threw it out after one and gulp.. half pieces.
