poor service when they are busy

They delivered to me before for free. But today, when I ordered, because they were busy, they mention I am too close to their limit and it will be $4 delivery charge!.
I asked what their boarder is, and they said "around Kenilworth" I asked can I have the ACTUAL boarder? They said that is it, "around".

Great pizza, great prices
August 12, 2010I moved to hamilton last year. I ordered from 6 or 7 different places and they were all c@!p or too pricey. First time we ordered from pizza Bell we stuck with them since.Pizza Bell has great tasting pizza and great prices. I used to work in a pizzeria 30 years ago. So I know good pizza.
