Consistently wonderful service! Sue is wonderful, thoughtful and takes care of you like family. Patti is attentive and sweet. Always a wonderful hotel with incredible service! The rooms are spacious and very cozy. Loved the food throughout the week.

We enjoyed a one-night stay with my husband and 5 year old daughter as we wanted to see the Niagara area over the Christmas holidays.
