At PiDGiN, we see no need for distinctions between casual and fine dining.
A restaurant can be both beautiful and comfortable; cuisine can be at once delicate and approachable. As dining perspectives have changed, so too has the line between east and west. Our experiences travelling and working in various continents is reflected in our food, bar, and even on our walls.

5 stars for the foie gras unagi bowl. It's probably the best foie dish in Vancouver. And a rather good deal at $27. Mix it all together with the rice, soft daikon and it is a super satisfying dish. It'll be the reason I keep coming back here, so I hope they never change this dish.
The oyster shots with granita feel sort of mandatory everytime I go here, but I think I might pass the next time....

Wow!! I am utterly impressed by how amazing this place is. Every single thing we ordered was a 5/5. Excellent flavors in each dish!
We got the oyster shot, mushrooms appetizer, udon and clams, and the foie Gras rice bowl.
Highly recommend ordering any or all of those dishes above. We got a drink that only the locals are aware of and it was deliciously boozey.
I already can't wait to come...
