First they tried to charge additional costs, then when I asked for a refund, the so-called manager told me that he didn't know how to operate the interact machine. How does someone leave sombody who doesn't know how to operate an interact machine, in charge of their business??? I have the original receipt & I'm left wondering if I will ever get my money back.

Very Unprofessional
Called to make an appt. and was told he was too busy and I would have to call back in a couple hours. Was given an appt time for undercoating 1 MONTH from the call and when my husband showed up he said he was too busy, but he could "probably fit us in today", we would have to come back in a couple of hours! Explained we have small kids and can't come back, not to mention we made an appt. 1 month ago! He did not care. Reading reviews now they would have done a shotty job anyway. Will go elsewhere.

Staff is sketchy and I felt weird leaving my car there. I came back to find my car had only been only partially cleaned, their undercoat was a joke service. Total disappointment . Very poor customer service, not a professional job. The place is dirty and dark. I would not recommend anyone to go there FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES !!!

Unprofessional - poor service overall
October 07, 2011Went for a car detail worth $80, would've been better off to pay my 8 year old nephew to clean it. I complained about the quality of service, instead of trying to resolve the issue they tried to charge me extra for services I never even agreed to. Very poor customer service, not a professional job. You'd be better off going through your local Esso car wash.
