I was not impressed with my experience at Physiomed inside the Pavilion/FORZA Fitness. The employees stated I would have my Orthodics in two weeks. I called to follow up and was told they never said this and would have them to me the following week.

I found this very disappointing as they didn't follow through with the agreed upon terms.
