Poor Service

I contracted Phoenix Truck and Crane to deliver several pallets worth of roofing materials to a jobsite. Their crane operator arrived two hours late without any prior notification. The crane operator was rude and failed to work with my staff to quickly unload the materials. In an industry where time is critical, the operators at Phoenix Truck and Crane have absolutely no concern for their customers or their businesses.
