This place has great pho (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) and bun (cold rice noodle salads) and the prices won't break the bank. That's probably why it's so popular with the university crowd as well as the diverse local neighbourhood.
Their jackfruit milkshakes and fresh-squeezed lime and orange juices are refreshing on a hot summer day. Their summer rolls of minced shrimp wrapped around sugar cane are also a tasty treat!
The only food that leaves a bit to be desired is their "Thai red curry" and "Pat thai". This is obviously a Vietnamese restaurant first and foresmost, as the curries are not authentic and neither is the Pat thai. Go down the street to the restaurant "Eat in Thailand" if you want authentic Thai food.
The only potential detriment to this business is the owner. He's very friendly and will come to your table to tell a joke, or two, or six as he did on my last visit. fresh food, friendly staff... large menu with lots of great options! only ever had take-out but restaurant seems to have lots of room

They are very fast usually, the only issue I have is sometimes after they bring out your food they do not come back at all to see how you are doing or... more
I am university student. Not far for lunch place.
I like soup noodle and all seasons rolls.
But for men, a little few for them.
For me is enough.
Clear place.
