Best Butter Tarts
Phipps has the best butter tarts I have ever had!!!
The desserts here are the best. They also serve food that is healthy and taste great.
Prices are higher, but it is worth it!!!

So, its the best variety of the most decadent pastries I've had. Its sinnful to the wasteline for sure. But the staff leaves you standing for minutes at a time while they "putter" behind the counter. Definitely makes you feel like your imposing.
