Great selection, friendly staff....but....
I shop at this location regularly and for the most part am satisfied with it. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a good selection of product and ample stock. The sales are good and accompanied with the petperks program you can get some great deals.
My only real complaint has to do with the dogs allowed in the store with their owners. There is often urine puddles around aisles and on the floor. Although as a dog owner I appreciate a dog friendly environment, this unsanitary and unsafe situation can be off-putting. I understand pet owners need to take responsibilty but it actually is a problem shared by the store.
Having said that, I would still recommend this location as it has many pluses.

Please don't buy pet toys from Petsmart. A week ago I bought a Kong Wubba with a squeaker especially for my dog who is blind. I took it back. GROOMING REVIEW: I love this store for supplies. I decided to try it for grooming because I called and got pricing and it was $20-30 less expensive than the place I had been going to. Now I will admit my dogs don't get enough brushing at home and tend to be moderately matted. I received terrible customer service from their grooming facilities twice in a row and now will no longer come here.
