Worst customer service ever.

Went and washed my vehicle at their drive through car wash. When I got out to see how clean it was I seen it had scratched it all down the passenger side. Went to clerk and asked for a refund on a 3 month pass I had just recently bought and to show him the damage on my vehicle. He refused to come look at the damage and said I would have to contact their head office for a refund. I did so... more
