Terrible customer service if returning dead animals. I bought 6 fish from them & the next day 1 was dead. I took it back & kept getting pushed aside for customers who were buying items. Eventually I was helped. The replacement fish died that same night. I took that one back & was pushed aside again. By the end of that week all 6 fish were dead. I really really like this Petland location! All of the staff working here are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I've had them point out promotions that I missed as well as recommend alternate products when I haven't been completely satisfied.
