Prompt Service For Our Water Problem
When water coming out in the tub was a dirty brown color, we called the City and they promptly came out and inspected it. We were told the water is 100% perfect and it must be our hot water tank. I don't know why, since they were only 21 years old. We called Pete The Plumber and the girl answering the phone were helpful, nice, and scheduled an appointment the very next day. I asked to be called ﾽ hour prior to arrival, which was done. Adam the technician that came out was VERY professional in his manner, in the job that he did, and the clean up that after. You would never know there had been anyone in the furnace room. We wanted to let you know that it is so great to see such quality and professionalism.
Job Well Done on The Hot Water Tank
Just wanted to say thanks for a job well done on the furnace and hot water tank that you recently installed at my daughter's house. Your crew was quick, efficient, and tidy. The City Inspector came by this week and complimented that it was a well done job.

After we had another plumbing company (Need A Plumber) royally screw us around, we called Pete the Plumber and they were just excellent. They helped us solve an emergency over the phone. They totally know what they are doing and are so professional. I will never call another plumber again.

I recently bought a humidifier for our furnace from Home Depot and afte the installation found out that the model I bought wasn't compatible with our furnace. I had Pete the plumber come out to see if they could do some bypass wiring to make it work. They said it couldn't be done. They did however recommend one of their own. If you happen to need a plumber, and I hope and pray that you don't, feeling assured with Pete the plumber because of all the five-star reviews on yelp is a farce. A total joke. From my experience, call them if you want to pay exorbitant prices. If you're a millionaire and want to give away your money then call Pete the Plumber.
