I had the delight of meeting Rachel Chen, a young entrepreneur who just opened up this accessible, welcoming cafe on the street-retail floor of a Chinese Association.
She and her family are a delight- I discovered her family were the previous owners of Save-on-Meats.
They have a great history with Chinatown and the DTES.
