After a day of traveling (and waiting in long lines at both the border crossing and ferry terminal), we (me, wife, SIL & BIL) needed a relaxing place to unwind. Based on a good recommendation by our B&B host we made the short drive to Oak Bay Village and the Penny Farthing.
