Scam artists

If you are looking to buy or rent a unit in this building do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
I am a unit owner here for years and I am writing this review even though exposing these thiefs might cause my unit to go down in value.
They have been after me for years since the day I moved in here. They will come after unit owners for anything and they will send you threatening lawyer letters for stuff like a small noise complaint and expect you to pay their legal fees for hiring their lawyer or they threaten you with a lien against your hard earned mortgage if you refuse to pay their over inflated fees. They even made me pay their cleaning costs and blamed me for a party I never threw ($600 and change) They blamed me for some beer bottles left behind and throw up I was not responsible for but since I was the only young owner in the building I was blamed. They supposedly cleaned 6 floors in the building (my floor and 5 floors beneath) and billed me for it!! How does that make any sense? Shampoo 6 floors for some beer bottles and puke in the stairway I was not responsible for? Nevertheless I paid to get them off my back but little did I know that it will only get worse and they will take that as a sign of weakness and proceed to harass and extort me for money at any given chance. Nothing but extorters and scam artists. They also only hire Polish people if you look at the management to the superintendents they are all Polish. I have nothing against Polish people but obviously these people are racist and only like to hire their own. Even the contractors they hire are polish. As a person of color i have felt discriminated against on several occasions. They have wanted me out since day one.

At the moment they are threading me with their lawyers and blaming me for running a business from my unit. I sold a few items on Kijiji and had people come to meet me at my unit and now they say I am running a business. So they send me a letter from their lawyer demanding $500 since they insist that selling a few items online equivalent to running a business. The $500 again of course is the "cost" they say for the letter they sent me from their lawyer (the same letter said I owe $500 to PCC96). Its so obvious that these people are crooks and try to squeeze money out of hard working unit owners like me that pay their salaries. I plan on getting a lawyer and I am going to sue.

I also heard that they are running out of funds. Go figure.
