Very poor customer service!

I have visited this place about 4 times in the past year. Their spa pedis are pretty standard, however I couldn't help but to feel pressured to buy an upgraded feature. The technician kept suggesting 'schlack' and gel nails instead of the more affordable acrylic. Anyway, after I won the battle of the upgrades, and had my nails polished, I was very disappointed with the quality of the polish because she had to 'thin' it out and it was very streaky. I simply asked her to please cover the streaky polish with another polish of the same colour and she lost it! staring me down and yelling at me to go pick another colour. I looked and her and quietly said 'please just put the top coat on, and let me go'

When I went to dry my nails she was screaming and throwing down platters and creating a scene in front of the other customers. I have never witnessed such bad customer service in Canada and was appalled. The other customers too were in shock. In fairness the manager came over and asked to repolish them, but at this point I was embarrassed and deflated, I left a spa feeling worse than when I went there.
Shouldn't it be the other way around?
Hopefully this helps someone out there, I will drive to downtown TO to get good customer service and top quality nails.
