Larry and the staff handled a difficult situation with my several devices (old laptop, new BBz10 and new Surface) and were able to get my new BBz10 to do a partial sync with my Outlook...At this point Blackberry does not have downloaded available sync with Outlook..my mistake for buying one. I need all my devices to sync for work and to make my life easier... The staff took delight in the... more
