Pretty disappointing. We required a service to install a mandatory fire lock in a building on whose board we volunteer and we're expected to take time off our paid jobs to accommodate their lack of after hours service. Phoned the very next place (Allways Affordable Locksmiths) and they were more than willing to help us out. Not everyone has the option to take time off work! That, and the... more
