Started out that we showed up and couldn't enter the lobby because it was after hours which was a shock. They had a contact number and the guy was helpful getting us access. Upon entering the room there was an unpleasant odour but after airing it out it was fine. The room is outdated and the bed is quite uncomfortable. For whistler you get what you pay for. Can't expect much more.
if your not high maintence this place is perfect ...loved the location ,our room was very comfortable... priced right hope i hav'nt told to many people because i don't want things to change ... went to visit family was able to walk every where and didn't have to encounter the crowds of the village.. ;O}
The hotel wasn't amazing but it wasn't terrible. About half of the electrical outlets plus the mini fridge did not work but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the price was reasonable.
