Fantastic people, great family fun experience

My wife and I took our 8 year old boy for a B-day last weekend. It turned our rainy Sunday into a beautiful day. Courteous staff, excellent customer service along with an array of fun games for kids and adults. I can't remember the last time I had so much fun bowling.
I recommend Park Royal to anyone looking to...

Grandson loved it
April 17, 2014We brought our grandson here for his Birthday with 12 of his friends. They all had a great time playing the bowling and mini golf. The staff were courteous and responded to us quickly, maybe different staff then Mike got?? We plan on having his birthday here again and would definitely recommend having your party here.

Run down and rude staff
February 15, 2014We tried this establishment for my 3 year olds birthday party. First problem was it was freezing inside, which I was told was from a broke down heating system. I can accept that, but they never bothered to call me to let me know that it would be so cold inside. Then they have this blow up rock climbing thing... more
