Clean, quiet, good location.
I lived at Alta Vista Towers (a paramount property apt. building) for three years when I was in school at OttawaU. The rent was pretty cheap (I had a roommate and our pad was a decent size. We never had a problem with bugs or anything like that. Can be a bit of a commute depending on where you're going.
