... of beautiful paper, to wrap special gifts or to frame and hang on your wall. great gift and craft ideas. i bought all the paper to make my wedding invitations from the store, and they looked gorgeous.

On a block of West Queen West dominated by specialty stores, find "all your paper needs in one location" – the "beautiful products" from "Chiyogami, Nepalese and Tibetan" to Brazilian, origami and plantable papers are a "feast for the eyes" for the "crafty person"; a "friendly, helpful staff" makes the spot that much sweeter; P.S. they also offer a variety of paper-related workshops.

Customer service is really appalling. Three employees were standing around talking when I came in. I was the only one in the store. I tried to get their attention and had to say excuse me several times before someone came to help me. The girl who helped me presented as reluctant and snooty. Similarly, the man who works there ignored me when I tried to make small talk.

Great selection of paper crafting items, curated nicely, peaceful atmosphere. I've been in many times over the past couple years, and I've never had a friendly experience with the staff - only interaction is to pay, and they never seem happy about it. But, the quality and layout of the store is enough to keep me coming back.

Although it's certainly a destination for scrapbookers, unique invitation makers and crafters, this place has so many unusual papers that you'll be inspired even if you've never given a thought to the subject. Japanese, Thai and other Asian papers, Brazilian marbled papers, origami paper, journals, cardstock — the bounty is unlimited and incredibly colorful. A dazzling display!
