Forget-a-bout-it
November 28, 2012We ordered from PP for years and the pizza was great. Last week I ordered (after 3+ years away) and ... awfull. The order guy had no idea about the menu, the "Specialty Pizzas" were not in his vocabulary - I had to order by topping according to the menu I saw on-line; and then what I got was totally sub-standard pizza, not what I ordered, and in boxes labelled "Wing Machine". Ridiculous!
June 23, 2012honestly, just in a rush, looking for some quick pizza. I used the internet ordering, fairly simple. I requested a call back with my order to make sure it was correct. No one called me back. 50mins after placing my order and no call. Rotten Food, Non-Responsive Management
