This restaurant, nestled in the museum-like Auberge Saint-Antoine, has enchanting wooden floors and exposed beams from the building's warehouse days. Chef Jean-Francois Bédard has taken traditional French-Canadian cuisine and tweaked it for the modern palate. All the waitstaff are exceptional,...

I came to Panache not expecting much. Instead, I found an outstanding restaurant were the service was excellent and the food superb. It was one of the best meals that I have eaten this year. Bravo,
Panache! You made my visit to Quebec City a memorable one. Merci beaucoup!!!
Is there anything closer to perfection?
All food served during the summer season is locally growned. The waiter knew where all ingredients were coming from and they were all from the Quebec area, 1 or 2 hous drive tops.
The decoration is wonderfull, a mix of chic and classy.
I would recomend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for a great food experience. It's not only about food, but also...
