Carpal Tunnel
I started coming to the painPRO clinic about 3 months ago because I started having intense pain in my wrist and hand. Michael immediately identified it as Carpal Tunnel syndrome and started treating for that as well as for tension in my neck and shoulders.
He also suggested several desk exercises I could do and some ergonomic desk setup changes.
Today my hand is pain free, but I have scheduled monthly tune ups because I have really noticed the difference in my neck and shoulders.

If you are looking for some good massage therapy without the fancy shmancy spa experience then this is THE place. My therapist, Adam was definitely on point with his massages. He knew which problems I had and was able to loosen up those muscles throughout the therapy. He's friendly and also provides tips for you as well so you can further improve your muscles even when you're not visiting him.

My therapist is Joseph, and he is a god send.
Very VERY focused on making the most out of each appointment. Thorough pre-interview recapping on last visits and how things are going (EVERY APPOINTMENT!). I love the online booking system and ability to book last minute as my headaches come without warning. I have tried a few of the therapists and they were all great. I have been headache free for nearly a year.
