Riley called me a whore, b@!%h and slut, I am so insulted by this!
I thought they were honest till my car problems started. I bought my first car from Riley, but with the approval of Blair, when I met these two guys I trusted them with my whole heart, and I even felt like in this world you got to give people a chance to find the trust worthy ones. My first car had no problem, until I hit a black ice and it totalled it was a 1998 ford explorer. I had not finished paying for it so insurance claim went to the dealers which was ok with me, but CIBC turned back and claimed I did not qualify for the 30% discount as a 10yrs experienced driver, I could not give my driving history because am not from here am from Africa, no one cares about your driving history so no one keeps it, but I had never been in an accident before in my life until that day Jan 14th 2013.
I went and got another car from Pacific, it was an old ford transport that was selling for $2500 I paid cash for it, plus tax it was 3k and some change, it did not run as good so I felt uncomfortable driving it especially being a mother and all so I took it back as they had said they would find me a better car, I saw a ford escape 2004, I liked it and could afford it so I asked to get it. Well; all went well until 10minutes after I picked the vehicle up it just died on the middle of the road, I thought it was a fuel issue but it was bigger than that, it was a transmission problem. Everyone played innocent and apologized, but then I got thrown in a 2008 Nissan versa standard when I saw the price it was listed for 6500, but when I went it was actually more than that apparently someone had made a mistake, being the a@s kisser I am I took the damn car with 155,000km I ended up using the money I had paid on the ford transport as trade in, then the insurance money of $1700 I still owed about 6800 this price I believed included tax coz that is how it is. I managed to pay all after 3 months and I never got the car transferred on my name took the vehicle back to see if they could help me sell it coz now ICBC wants me to pay back the claim and they have doubled my monthly pay I cannot afford insurance on the car, 3months later the car has not sold, I decided to take it into my won’t hands and advertised on craigslist and auto trader, I have been able to get a buyer, but now pacific has given me a title with their name to go transfer the vehicle back to my name, but to do so I must pay another tax on the car. My question is why do I need to pay sales tax twice on the vehicle I already own? I can’t even sell it coz it is not on my name. I called Blair who has been ignoring my calls, called Riley he called back and called me names such as whore, slut, I should go f@!k myself and go back to Africa where I came from am a cheap b@!%h, a slut etc. I have not heard from Blair so I have decided to take them to court. I work hard and pay my taxes I don’t deserve to be called names and I feel it is so inappropriate for a person who deals with clients to use such colored language to solve dispute.
Was a good experience
We bought a 2003 Honda Civic for our daughters first car which can be a nerve racking experience. The guys there where easy to deal with. The price was good and they did a service and inspection before we picked it up. It's been 6 months and all is good. I would recommend this business.
Great Experience
I just bought my first car here and found it to be easy dealing with them. I knew what I wanted and they worked with that. Will come again when I decide to upgrade!

This place is the absolute bottom of the barrel. I couldn't even get past a phone call with their salesman, "Kevin", without about 20 different red flags going up. Here's a few:
1. "boss's wife's car", then "boss's car"; yeah right buddy, how many fish have you hooked with that line?

HORRIBLE PLACE!! DO NOT EVER GO!. we were there on to put deposit on this vehicle, waiting to have the car fixed they said they will fix next week and sell to me and i called, they told me car is sold , .......but I had my deposit in their shop for that particular vehicle, if someone was interested in the vehicle they should let me know? even if they sold it they should call me and let me know... more
