Rip off
Stay away from this place. Any money they can try and get from you they will! They charge to clean carpets on move out, which is against the law and considered normal wear and tear. Also for painting. Regular painting which is normal wear and tear. AND they try and charge you for repairs around the property when you live there, i.e. dishwasher. Horrible management, horrible staff. The rent keeps going up. The cops would be in the complex all the time. Do NOT rent there.
NOT worth the rent!
I lived here for a year. The office staff was not at all helpful. Anything that needed to be done/repaired, you would have to request it 3 - 4 times! They never monitored the premises to see what tenants were doing. Very glad to be out of there! Think twice.
