I sent a coat in to be dry cleaned that had only been worn a few times the season before when it returned to me 4 days later it looked awfull.Wrinkled,misshaped lining,looked like it had scorched from over heating,and to top it all off NO *%#@* BUTTONS. When I asked what happened to the buttons the lady just laughed and said oh they must have melted or did you take them all off???????She... more
