Outshine Hair Design & Esthetics is located at 890E Esquimalt Rd in Victoria, BC---only ten minutes from the downtown core. We offer a wide range of hair and esthetics services: from colour, highlights and cuts, to facials, pedicures and waxing. We are a Brazilian Blowout certified salon and all of our stylists and estheticians are licenced and experienced.

I had laser hair removal done downtown Victoria without success and horrible service and then I decided to give it another shot when I saw a groupon for Outshine. The staff are fantastic and my treatments were successful. Even though Outshine is in a totally different are of town than I live I will definitely return for spa services. As for the review I just read about it smelling of smoke... more
