A very strong 4 star hotel. Well kept, excellent internet connection and plenty of things in and around the hotel.

It's a nice place to rest

I loved the beds, only stayed for two nights back in Oct 08, but it's like sleeping on a cloud.

Très bonne location, en plein centre-ville. Hôtel offrant des activités et des aires de jeux pour les enfants; ATTENTION cependant, ces services sont en rénovation et devraient être accessibles graduellement au cours du mois de janvier 2009.

We were a family of four and a small dog that were initially given a room with a single King bed even though I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds on Expedia. The staff instead of apologizing for the confusion said that when we book thru a third party ( expedia) they cannot assure us a room but that they would put in extra mattresses in the room. Very enjoyable stay in ottawa. City is very clean and people friendly. Parliament visit and tour was very interesting. Changing do the guard in front of the parliament buildings is a must see. Will go back to visit the many great museums. Great shopping areas as well.
