Great
Installed new furnace and air conditioner. They were able to move the furnace back to create more storage, which is exactly what I wanted. I found the service was excellent. The owner was very knowledgeable on the rebates available and the installers very professional.
Scam or incompetant
My furnace was tagged without following industry standards for yearly inspection. No CO reading recorded - no visual inspection done by a mirror or a little TV camera - just a little bit of "soot"? on the furnace outside edge recorded - no heat exchanger crack in this furnace was found by another company when a new furnace was installed.
Inexperience staff
Poor staff - be warned - they will not properly do furance tests.
