Unprofessional and unreliable. I was expecting one of their team to arrive at 10 am (which he told the building maintenance man he would arrive at that time) and he was a no show. After many phone calls I am told he was on the road as late as 3:30 pm and then he phones the maintenance man (not me mind you and he had my number) to say he was sick and couldn't make it until Tuesday. I was concerned about bed bugs, and within 24 hours of calling Orkin, a representative came to my apartment and did an inspection. She gave me the all clear (no bugs, yay!) and as no treatment was needed, I wasn't even charged for the inspection visit. Very prompt, friendly service.
