Avoid at all cost!

I've brought in a valuable piece of jewelry here for a minor repair. Not only did they severely and irreparably damage it but when I picked up the piece they did not mentioned anything was wrong, distracted me with small talk while I inspected the repair and had the audacity to charge me for the work! Do yourself a favour, DO NOT bring any valuables here.
